Coaching is a leadership accelator. For leaders who are at the early stages of their career coaching conversations help to guide and develop. For leaders who are experienced coaching conversations can be a welcomed and safe space in which to clarify priorites, ideas and to maintain perspective.
RQV Learning provide coaching and mentoring for leaders and coaches at all all levels in organisatons. The coaching programmes are typically provided by RQV Learning founder, Chris Halward who is an accredited International Coaching Federation coach. Chris has been coaching people in organisations for over 25 years. Coaching however is not his full time activity. Chris is a director of a sourcing consultancy, Ascea Limited and a director of a training business that delivers training in agile sourcing primarily to buyers and suppliers of technology services. These activities, together with over 30 years of experience working at senior levels in sales, quality management, change, organisational development, procurement and training, ensure he is able to provide coaching that is thought provoking and empathetic.
Coaching sessions are often delivered via a video link, which is both convenient and cost effective. If required face to face sessions can be arranged, and typically occasional face to face sessions take place to help maintain the relationship.
