The total runtime for the course is 70 minutes, divided into short sections of between 5 and 12 minutes making it easy to fit into busy working days.

Although the course will be of particular value to those in financial services it does provide an in-depth guide to the management of risk in all outsourcing scenarios and so will be of real value to those outside financial services.

This course is aimed at financial services sourcing specialists. It provides a great overview of the Prudential Regulation Authority’s Supervisory Statement 21. The course takes you through the key principles and guidance included in SS21 including materiality, proportionality, the difference between outsourcing and third party arrangements, exit, including stressed exits amongst other topics.

There is a Study Guide that can be downloaded, containing a set of work based learning questions that support the transfer of learning from the course into the workplace.

The course also contains a set of multiple choice questions that enable learners to confirm they have learned the key points of the course.
